What's your pour?
 instructions
  1. Place a clean, dry martini glass in the freezer.
  2. Carefully measure and mix ingredients in a bar glass.
  3. Fill shaker 2/3 full with ice made from distilled water.
  4. Turn the bar glass into the shaker, forming a seal.
  5. Roll the shaker until frost forms.
  6. Pour through a strainer into your chilled glass.
  7. Toss the ice and rinse everything before mixing again.
Water is your enemy: it weakens the drink, can separate ingredients, and unless distilled may introduce a mineral taste. Chill martini glasses in the freezer instead of ice water. Measuring your ingredients into the bar glass before moving to the shaker cools all ingredients simultaneously, and decreases the risk of ingredient separation. Roll the shaker instead of shaking; this prevents chipping ice that may pass through the strainer.
