Simple Syrup

Add one part sugar to one part distilled water, and slowly bring to boil. Refridgerate. Will keep up to one week.



Basil Syrup

Follow instructions for simple syrup. Once syrup has cooled, add ten fresh basil leaves and two fresh mint leaves for each cup of water. Refridgerate overnight. Will keep up to one week.
