Tiramisu Martini

3 oz Grey Goose vodka
1 oz Cafe Royal Likor
1 oz DeKuyper Créme de Cocoa (dark)
1 oz fresh espresso or french-pressed coffee
1 oz heavy cream
1 oz simple syrup
2 tbsp mascarpone cheese
dash vanilla extract

Preparation: blend cheese and hot coffee with wisk. Add cream.
Combine with remaining ingredients and shake vigorously.


Garnish: powdered cocoa, shaved dark chocolate
